Payment of Fees and Sliding Fee Schedule
Advantage serves all clients who are eligible for treatment and does not deny service due to inability to pay. Clients who do not have insurance will be asked to pay fees based on the DBHDD sliding fee schedule below. Clients with private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare will be asked to pay co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.
Advantage utilizes the DBHDD fee schedule to assess self-pay fees for its services. The cost of service can be variable based on the length of time of the appointment and the type of provider who you are seeing. You will be provided with an estimate of your fee and/or any associated co-pays prior to your appointment. If you are unable to pay the assessed fee, please speak with our front desk staff about establishing a payment arrangement.
