Advantage Behavioral Health is part of the State benefits program and offers a wide variety of options for our employees. Attached is a general outline of our benefits including our leave program and 401k match. You can find the monthly cost on the website, we split this amount into 2 pay periods a month. Advantage pays a total fringe of 46% of your annual salary.
