Supervisor Level 2 Training
Location: North Avenue Training Room
Mandatory for all supervisors. Class size is limited to 20 students.

Topics Include:

• Supervision vs. management
• Establishing and maintaining your leadership
• Meeting management (does this require a meeting?, developing agendas and PQT minutes)
• Managing difficult employees; managing conflict
• Managing diversity
• Disciplinary Procedures (progressive discipline; verbal reprimands; written reprimands; documentation; terminating an employee & how HR can help; unemployment hearing)
• Business Office (signing authority; basics of budgeting; business procedures overview/manual)
