New Employee Orientation, Day 3, Mandt System (Basic)
Location: North Avenue Training Room

Day 1 of Mandt is the Basic Level training (no physical skills are taught on this day). The Intermediate Level consist of days 1 & 2. Anyone can register for this course.

The Mandt System (Basic) Training is a behavioral support program that teaches all employees the importance of recognizing that all people are important and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Non-physical de-escalation skills are taught in this course. This course offers 7 CEU's. Instructors are Rashay Blake, Camella Boles, Elizabeth Zartman, and Dewayne Dennis.
