ServicesMental health, addiction, intellectual and disability services; youth and adult programs, therapy and day programs, medical and pharmacy services, 24/7 behavioral health crisis center with a 30-bed inpatient unit.

ServicesREMIX is a 9-month resiliency clubhouse program, providing after-school and summer programs to engage children and adolescents in fun activities while developing valuable life and coping skills. All activities work toward the goal of building resiliency for mental health disorders with mental health by engaging youth to help them manage behaviors and symptoms in a peer-supported space. REMIX offers individual, family, and group therapy; skills training; community support individual/case management services; peer support; family engagement coordination and activities; and activities geared towards skill building and empowerment. Services are offered in the Clubhouse, schools, and in the community.

  • Case Management
  • PSR-Individual, behavioral health assessments
  • Individual therapy and group therapy
  • Groups provide an opportunity to meet others with similar hopes and goals, and to learn helpful social skills and communication skills.
  • Other groups may include education on self-care skills and physical health, as well as skills such as anger management.
Additional services
  • Rapid Re-Housing Assistance for homeless individuals & families
  • Homeless Prevention Assistance for at-risk individuals & families
  • Day Support Services for homeless & at-risk individuals

Developmental Disability Services

*Due to COVID-19, we are providing telehealth services and 1:1 services in the community. We are not providing group services at any site at this time.

ServicesCommunity Access Group (CAG), Community Individual Supports (CAI), Community Living Supports (CLS), Behavioral Supports Consultation Services, Community Residential Alternative (CRA), Specialized Medical Supplies (SMS), and Community Supported Employment.
Services are based on individual needs, wants and preferences. These services are to enhance individuals' skills, personal care, independence in their community, building natural supports, and educating on how to use community resources.
Additional ServicesBehavioral Supports Consultation Services: Supports designed to assist individuals that are exhibiting significant, intensive challenging behaviors that infers with activities of daily living, social interaction, work or similar situations. These services can consist of evaluation, training & interventions on Positive Behavior Supports. Community Residential Alternative (CRA) Residential Supports.
Specialized Medical Supplies (SMS) Medical necessity for SMS services is documented through orders by a GA licensed physician, or for incontinent supplies this approval can be done through Level of Care Nurse in the ISP review. Supported Employment assists individuals in obtaining and maintaining community employment.

Services Youth Services offers individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; behavioral health and diagnostic assessments; skills training; community support individual/case management services; peer support; nursing and psychiatric services. Walk-in intakes available daily at 8:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Youth Services provides services in clinic, community, and school-based counseling and care coordination in designated schools.
Additional Services Youth Services includes several grant programs that provides additional services, including:
APEX (school-based mental health and trainings); EPIC (early psychosis intervention collaborative for first-episode psychosis ages 16-30); System of Care (case management coordination); the Garret L. Smith Zero Suicide program (suicide prevention and suicide-focused youth groups for ages 10-24); Emerging Adult services (case management for emerging adults); and REMIX (resiliency after-school programming located in our Clubhouse, 130 Mill Center Blvd.). These grant programs offer clinic, school, and community services including groups and summer programs.
